Dr. Uday Kumar Haldar is presently Principal at Swami Vivekananda Institute of Management and Computer Science, Kolkata. Prior to this, he was Professor at Camellia School of Business Management, Kolkata. He has also been associated with Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management (IISWBM), Kolkata and has served as the Director of the Ordnance Factories Institute of Learning, Ishapore. He is also the author of 'Human Resource Development' (OUP), and 'Leadership and Team Building' (OUP).

Juthika Sarkar is currently an HR practioner at Nokia Siemens Network Pvt. Ltd., Kolkata. She is associated with Indian Society for Training and Development as a part time faculty, and has authored papers / articles in reputed journals and convention proceedings. She has more than 15 years of industry experience.
