This podcast is the perspective from 'Joyce' a 77 year old lady who experienced her first fall 5 years ago. Her journey is an excellent example of someone who was referred to a community falls service, received a multi-factoral assessment and following a 20 week postural stability programme and an ongoing exercise class she regained both balance and confidence to be fully independent.
