Kerboodle Support Subscriptions

If you are in a free access period, this will automatically convert to a full licence unless you call us to cancel.

The teacher who ordered the free access period will receive an email 2 weeks before the end of this period to remind them that it is coming to an end.

If you would like to continue using Kerboodle, you don't need to do anything. Once your free access end date passes, an invoice will be sent to your bursar and you can continue to access the content without disruption.

If you decide that Kerboodle isn't for you, simply call us on +44 (0) 1536 452960 or email support@kerboodle.com to cancel.

If you have purchased your subscription, it will automatically renew unless you call us to cancel. On your renewal date, an invoice will be sent to your finance officer with details of how to pay. This means that you can continue to use Kerboodle without disruption. If your school requires an official purchase order number to be quoted on the invoice, please make sure to provide this by either calling +44 (0) 1536 452960 or emailing support@kerboodle.com.

If another organisation ordered your subscription for you, please contact that institution to renew. If you wish to renew directly, please email or phone is with your purchase order number, along with any changes to the contact details.

If you are unsure of how your subscription was ordered, please speak to your bursar.

If you decide that Kerboodle is not for you, you can cancel your subscription up to 28 days after subscribing. Please call +44 (0) 1536 452960 or email support@kerboodle.com.
