1. Teacher activates their account The purchasing teacher receives an email from firstname.lastname@example.org containing an account activation link and login details. Clicking the link will activate the account. Please note, this link will only work once.
2. Teacher invites the Administrator If this is your school's first Kerboodle subscription, you will need to nominate an Administrator. Each school can only have one Administrator, so we recommend that you nominate a staff member who is responsible for managing student data. The Administrator is the only person who can create student accounts. View User Management support.
3. Administrator creates student accounts The Administrator imports all student data to create student accounts and invites additional teachers to Kerboodle. View Administrator support.
4. Teachers create teaching groups Teachers create teaching groups to organise students by class. Students have access to all of your school's subscriptions by default, and their access is controlled by teachers. View User Management support.
