Frequently Asked Questions

No, this service is intended to be a portal to access copies of invoices/credit notes that you have not received. An original will be sent in the box with the goods.

Yes, there is a registration process that needs to be completed, once this has been done and verified by us the system will be ready to use.
Please use the school domain email, ideally a generic one such as admin@...

The formatting of the user name and password is as follows: (please note that the user name and password are case sensitive).

Username – This must be a minimum of 8 characters, this must have upper and lower case characters and at least one number and a full stop must be included, an example could read as follows:   John.Smith1

Password – This must be from 6-15 characters long and must contain upper and lower case characters and at least one number.

If you are already registered for our online service and the contact needs to be changed please send an email to us at the following address along with your account number and we will update the system for you.


You will need to register each account separately.

It is possible that someone else in you organisation may have already registered to use our service, please email us and we will confirm the contact details that we are holding, if this person has left we can change this to the new contact; if both require access to the system this can be setup by us, please send an email if you require this.


This can be found on the statements, invoices and credit notes we send you and is found just above you name and address details.  If you are still unable to find your account number, please email us at the address below and we will reply with your account number.

No, the account is just a central place to ensure visibility of invoices. 

Invoices will be kept for up to six months, after that, you would need to request a copy.
