“We have used the Oxford Dictionary Service at our Induction evenings 3 years in a row and it has proved invaluable. Last year I sold the books to parents myself and it was all very straight forward. As an English teacher I was keen to make use of the library voucher and now have some excellent fiction books. My class use their dictionaries and thesauruses at home for essay writing and other homework. Using the service is great for the school, parents and pupils. I’d recommend it without a doubt.”

"The Dictionary Events service is brilliant. As a school you do not have to do anything except store a few boxes for a couple of days prior to the event and put in place a couple of tables. A Rep is supplied at no extra cost; books are sold on site at whatever time and date you wish; once the stock runs out any orders they take are sent directly to the parents, the school not needing to take any part. They box up any remaining books and they are collected within a couple of days. Result: No staff involvement. The parents love being able to buy the books at such a reduced price and love not having to bother going to the shops to source these books themselves. Everyone happy!!"
