Help your students achieve their potential in all EBacc subjects
What is the EBacc?
The English Baccalaureate (EBacc) is a school performance measure. It allows people to see how many students get a grade C or above in the core academic subjects at GCSE in any government-funded school.
The government first introduced the EBacc measure in 2010. In June 2015, they announced it's now their intention for all students who start Year 7 in September 2015 to take the EBacc subjects when they reach their GCSEs in 2020.
The EBacc is made up of:
- English - Maths - History or Geography - Sciences - A Language
