Q: What is a digital inspection copy?

A: A digital inspection copy is on full online sample of a title for you to evaluate. All you need is a computer or tablet and an internet connection. You can access any of our titles free for 30 days for evaluation purposes only.

Q: How do I access my digital inspection copy?

A: Once you have registered you will receive an email containing your password. Use your email address and password to log into any of our digital inspection copies. You will have access to each title for a period of 30 days from the date of your first login to that title.

Q: I’d prefer to evaluate in print

A: Please contact us at schools.orders.uk@oup.com and we’ll be able to send you a print inspection copy. Print inspection copies are supplied free of charge anywhere in the world so you can trial them for 30 days. After 30 days they must be paid for or returned at your own cost.

Q: I’ve viewed my digital inspection copy and I’d like to buy a copy

A: Please contact Customer Services at schools.orders.uk@oup.com for support in placing an order.

Technical support

Q: I’ve registered but have not received my password.

A:

1. Check your spam or junk folder for an email from noreply@ebooksampleoup.com

2. If not, click the ‘forgotten password link’ underneath the password box and enter your email address

3. You should receive an email from noreply@ebooksampleoup.com

4. If you still haven’t received your password contact us at education.advisor@oup.com and we will be happy to help.

Q: I’ve tried to register but the system states my email address is already registered

A:

1. Check your inbox including your spam or junk folder for an email from noreply@ebooksampleoup.com containing your password

2. If you can’t find your password, click to the ‘forgotten password link’ underneath the password box and enter your email address

3. You should receive an email from noreply@ebooksampleoup.com

Q: I’ve entered by email into the ‘forgotten password box’ but it doesn’t close when I click ‘ok’

A:

1. Close your browser and open www.oxfordsecondary.com/inspect

2.Select the title you wish to inspect. Click on the forgotten password link box again and enter your email address.

3. You should receive an email from noreply@ebooksampleoup.com

4. If you still haven’t received your password contact us at export.digital.inspection@oup.com and we will be happy to help.

Q: I am getting an 'Unknown book: Error 920' message when I try to view my inspection copy

A:

Please proceed with the instructions below if you are receiving the following error:

1. Close your browser and go to www.oxfordsecondary.com/inspect

2. Click on the title you wish to inspect and login as usual
