Read Write Inc. Phonics, Essential Letters and Sounds and Floppy’s Phonics Teaching Programme, all offer high-quality classroom resources, decodable phonics books and professional development.

Developed by teachers from one of the DfE’s English Hubs, the Knowledge Schools Trust, Essential Letters and Sounds is an affordable, easy-to-use programme that gets all children reading well, quickly. The programme helps deliver more effective teaching of phonics based on Letters and Sounds (2007) and works with decodable books you may already have.

Read Write Inc. Phonics

Used in over 8,000 schools across the UK, Read Write Inc. Phonics is a high-impact phonics programme that transforms reading and writing for every child. Floppy's Phonics Teaching Programme

Featuring the much-loved recurring characters of Biff, Chip and Kipper, Floppy’s Phonics Teaching Programme is a step-by-step and flexible approach that engages children in reading from the outset. Developed by highly respected phonics expert, Debbie Hepplewhite, the programme contains built-in consolidation and revision to ensure every child succeeds.
