Di Hatchett's extensive career in primary education has included 12 years as a head teacher, a long spell as a Senior Director with the Primary National Strategy and, more recently, as Director of The Every Child a Chance Trust, developing the Every Child a Reader and Every Child Counts programmes. 

Di is one of the series editors of Project X CODE and has recently developed specialist Project X CODE training for teachers and teaching assistants. The training is delivered by experts from Edge Hill University, and focuses on achieving maximum impact from the intervention programme.

Di is an author for our National Curriculum Pathway, now available on Oxford Owl. She is also a series editor for more Pathways, coming soon, on Parental Engagement and Closing the Gap.
