Timothy J. Feighery is a partner in the law firm of Arent Fox LLP in Washington, DC. He was previously a Chief of Section of the UNCC Legal Services Branch, responsible for non-Kuwaiti corporate claims and construction/engineering claims. He also served as Chairman of the US Foreign Claims Settlement Commission from 2011-2013, and as a Deputy Special Master of the September 11 Victims Compensation Fund.

Christopher S. Gibson is the Associate Dean and Professor of Law at Suffolk University Law School in Boston. He served as a legal advisor at the UNCC and was in charge of the Category "C" claims (claims of individuals for under US$100,000). He also served as senior legal officer at the Iran-United States Claims Tribunal in The Hague, The Netherlands. He was a legal officer at the World Intellectual Property Organization's ("WIPO") Arbitration and Mediation Center, and Head of WIPO's Electronic Commerce Law Section developing dispute resolution procedures for Internet-based domain name disputes. He co-authored (with Christopher R. Drahozal) The Iran-U.S. Claims Tribunal at 25: The Cases Everyone Needs to Know for Investor-State & International Arbitration (Oxford, 2007).

Trevor Michael Rajah was the Executive Head of the UNCC (2013-2014). He previously worked at the UNCC as a legal officer on the Construction and Engineering claims (1998-2002). Presently, Mr. Rajah is employed by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) in Vienna, Austria. Before joining the United Nations, Mr. Rajah worked as a divisional legal manager in the financial services industry. He also practiced law in Canada and Zimbabwe. Mr. Rajah holds a Masters in Law (LLM) from the University of London, where he was a Foreign and Commonwealth Scholar. He is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales; as a barrister and solicitor in Ontario, Canada; and as an attorney in Zimbabwe. He is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK.

Arif H. Ali is the co-chair of the International Arbitration practice at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP (Washington, DC). He served as a legal advisor at the United Nations Compensation Commission (UNCC) and was in charge of the Category claims (claims of individuals for over US$100,000).

Ronald J. Bettauer is Visiting Scholar at George Washington University Law School in Washington, DC. He was the Assistant Legal Adviser for International Claims and Investment Disputes at the U.S. Department of State at the time of the creation of the UNCC.

David D. Caron is Dean of The Dickson Poon School of Law at King's College London. He was previously the C. William Maxeiner Distinguished Professor of Law at Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California at Berkeley. He was a Commissioner for the Precedent Panel involving certain corporate claims (E2 claims).

Aïssatou Diop is a lawyer at ICSID, the World Bank, in Washington, DC, where she has acted as Secretary of the Tribunal in numerous cases.

Veijo Heiskanen is Partner with Lalive, Geneva, Switzerland. He has extensive experience as adviser and arbitrator in international claims proceedings, including in the Iran-United States Claims Tribunal, the UNCC, the German Foundation "Remembrance, Responsibility and Future," the Claims Resolution Tribunal for Dormant Accounts in Switzerland, the UN Kosovo Property Claims Commission and the Eritrea-Ethiopia Claims Tribunal. He acted as an expert to the Arbitration Commission for Former Yugoslavia (1993).

Mojtaba Kazazi served as the Executive Head of the United Nations Compensation Commission (2007- December 2012), and as Secretary of the UNCC Governing Council with Security Council membership (1997-2007). He is currently a practitioner in international law and an independent arbitrator in Geneva.

Nicolas Leroux is a Managing Director of Kalexius, a legal services firm, in Geneva, Switzerland and was formerly an associate at the Lalive firm in Geneva specializing in international dispute resolution and international projects.

Francis E. McGovern is Professor of Law at Duke University School of Law. He served as a consultant to the UNCC in the design and implementation of the "A", "B", "C", and "D" claims processes.

Michael J. Mucchetti was a legal advisor with the E4 (Kuwaiti corporate claims) Team of UNCC from 1998-2000, and serves as Chief of Staff for Rep. Lloyd Doggett in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Caroline Nicholas is a lawyer with the International Trade Law Division of the United Nations Office of Legal Affairs (the Secretariat of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL). She led the UNCC team responsible for the claims of the Government of Kuwait, and in particular the claim for losses relating to its Sovereign Wealth Fund.

Robert C. O'Brien is the California managing partner of Arent Fox LLP. He served as the principal legal advisor to the UNCC Panel on the first installment of government claims (F1), and was the US Alternate Representative to the 60th session of the United Nations General Assembly.

Ucheora Onwuamaegbu is an international advisor to the law firm of Arent Fox LLP. He also advises the State of Kuwait in the implementation of UNCC F4 environmental remediation projects. He was a senior lawyer in the E2 Team of the UNCC after which he worked for a decade as Senior Counsel at the World Bank's International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID). He also currently acts as arbitrator in international disputes.

Jason Scott Palmer is Assistant Professor of Legal Skills at Stetson University College of Law. Prior to joining Stetson, he worked for the Office of Legal Adviser at the Department of State as a team leader representing the United States in international arbitration cases before the Iran-U.S. Claims Tribunal. He also spent four years in Switzerland working as a team leader and claims judge for the Claims Resolution Tribunal for Dormant Accounts, adjudicating claims of victims of Nazi persecution; for the UNCC coordinating review of Palestinian claims; and in private practice.

Iñigo Salvador-Crespo is a founding partner of Peñaherrera Ponce Salvador. He was formerly a legal advisor at the UNCC and was in charge of the Category "A" claims (fixed sum claims submitted by individuals for departure from Kuwait and Iraq).

Michael E. Schneider is founding partner of the Lalive law firm in Geneva, Switzerland.

John Tackaberry QC is a barrister and member of Thirty Nine Essex Street Chambers in London, UK. He has extensive legal experience in building and civil engineering work, adjudication and DRB work. Mr. Tackaberry was Chairman of the E3A Panel of Commissioners at the UNCC, which dealt with construction and Engineering claims (1998 - 2003). He has a great deal of expertise in international disputes throughout the world. He is a member of, or has been admitted to the Bars of California, Ireland, Hong Kong (ad hoc), Malaysia (ad hoc) and New South Wales and is also involved in ICC arbitrations. He has written and contributed to many books and conferences.
