The late Judge Antonio Cassese was President of the Special Tribunal for Lebanon. He was a former Professor of International Law at Florence University and member of the Institut de droit International. He was also President of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY).
Paola Gaeta is a Professor at the Law Faculty of the University of Geneva and Adjunct Professor at the Graduate Institute of International Development Studies. She is also Director of the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights and a member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of International Criminal Law.

Laurel Baig is an appeals counsel in the Office of the Prosecutor of the ICTY. She has also worked in a Trial Chamber of the ICTR and in the Appeals Chambers of the ICTR, ICTY and SCSL. Previously, she was in private practice in Toronto, Canada and served as a law clerk to Justice Bastarache of the Supreme Court of Canada. She holds law degrees from Oxford and LSE.
Mary Fan is an Associate Professor at the University of Washington School of Law. She specializes in U.S. and international criminal law and procedure. She is an elected member of the American Law Institute and an Advisor to the Model Penal Code Sexual Assault and Related Offenses project. She previously was a federal prosecutor in the Southern District of California and an Associate Legal Officer at the U.N. ICTY.
Christopher Gosnell is a private practitioner who has represented defendants before the ICTY and the ICTR. He has also represented victims before the ICC and the STL. He was a judicial clerk to Judge Erik Møse, former president of the ICTR, and Justice Michel Bastarache of the Supreme Court of Canada. He holds law degrees from Oxford, McGill and Columbia, and is a lecturer at the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights.
Alex Whiting is currently Prosecution Coordinator of the Office of the Prosecutor at the International Criminal Court. He has worked as a Senior Trial Attorney for the Office of the Prosecutor at the ICTY and previously was a federal prosecutor in the U.S. for ten years. He has also taught at Harvard Law School.
