Jonathan Tonge is Professor of Politics at the University of Liverpool. He was Principal Investigator of the 2010, 2015, 2017 and 2019 Economic and Social Research Council Northern Ireland general election surveys and co-author of books on the DUP and UUP, with Oxford University Press, and on Sinn Féin and the SDLP, with Hurst. He has co-edited volumes on each UK general election since 1997.
Stuart Wilks-Heeg is Reader in Politics at the University of Liverpool. His research focuses primarily on British politics and he was also co-editor of Britain Votes 2017. He is particularly known for his work on electoral administration and electoral integrity and, during 2019-20, he served as a specialist adviser to the House of Lords Select Committee on the Electoral Registration and Administration Act 2011. Stuart is also a Trustee of the Political Studies Association.
Louise Thompson is Senior Lecturer in Politics at the University of Manchester. Her research focuses on the UK Parliament, particularly the legislative process and the role of political parties. Her publications include Exploring Parliament (Oxford University Press 2018, with Cristina Leston-Bandeira) and The End of the Small Party? (Manchester University Press, 2020).
