Returns and Refunds

Returns Policy

For orders from individuals, we accept returns of books that are in print and in re-sellable condition. Please be sure to enclose a copy of your invoice with the items being returned and ship via a trackable method to:

Shortage Claims

If you haven't received your order, or a portion of it is missing, please contact Customer Service within 25 days of placing your order to receive a replacement or refund of your order.

Damage Claims

If you receive your order and a book is missing or damaged, please contact Customer Service within 25 days of receipt to receive a replacement or refund of your order.
