The Oxford Cases in Radiology series is a new series aiming to cover each Radiology subspecialty, from cardiac imaging to nuclear medicine. Within each volume, cases appear in random order to take full advantage the self-assessment experience of reading cases as unknowns. A secondary index or table of contents by condition/problem is included in each volume so that the reader can easily locate a specific case for review or reference.
Each case book features approximately 125-150 cases, 300 black and white radiographic images, and 20 black and white line drawings/charts/algorithms. With radiology trainees participating in a clinical rotation in each of these areas, the Cases in Radiology series titles can be used independently or, ultimately, in conjunction other core curriculum titles to guarantee a complete, evidence-based set of revision information.
