The Court will revisit a controversy now more than a decade old, the death of Vincent Foster, a childhood friend of Bill Clinton and a former law partner of Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton.  Five separate investigations confirmed that Foster committed suicide, and the government decided, for the sake of Foster's family, to seal photographs of his body, although photos of the scene and of Foster's car were released.  A California lawyer, Allan Favish, is suing to get the pictures of the corpse under a Freedom of Information request, and the Court will have to balance the privacy interests of the Foster family against the rights of others who wish access to the photographs under a public records law.
