What’s happening in December?
We look back on 2017 having celebrated a few milestones:
30 years – The first Blackstone’s Statute published in 1987. Now, 30 years on they’ve been at the side of millions of law students during their studies. Travel through time with us as we look at the legislation which has shaped our lives in the 30 years since Blackstone’s Statutes have been around. View the Timeline.
20 years – We’ve been facilitating competitive mooting for 20 years now and this year are thrilled to announce a new association with the Inns of Court College of Advocacy. With a mission to pursue excellence in advocacy the ICCA is a great partner to have on board . The competition has been renamed the OUP & ICCA National mooting Competition. Find out who is in the second round.
10 years – OUP has been the home of the Law Teacher of the Year Award since 2008, and now we are looking for the star teacher for 2018. We have been privileged to have met some wonderful teachers in that time, and encourage you to be a part of the 2018 award. Entries are via the website and close on 13 December.
