Economics Student Panel

What is the OUP Economics Student Panel?

Our Economics Student Panel is made up of students from the UK, Ireland, and Europe currently studying for economics degrees.

Why does OUP have an Economics Student Panel?

OUP publishes a wide range of student-focused economics textbooks. The student panel allows us to gather feedback and opinions on our products from real economics students, ensuring order new titles and new editions really meet your needs.

What will being on a student panel involve?

You will be contacted, mainly via email, and expected to:

*complete online surveys

*review and offer opinions on new publishing ideas

In addition you may be invited to attend a focus group with students from other universities or undertake telephone interviews.

Students should be prepared to sign up as a representative for one calendar year.

How will I be rewarded?

As a participating student you will be given £150 worth of OUP books of your choice, paid in two £75 instalments across the year. This book allowance will be added to your student rep account, to claim as and when you need it.

From time to time you may be invited to take part in research projects that will take up more of your time, for which additional reward MAY be offered. Please note, if you are invited to attend a focus group all travel and other expenses will be reimbursed.
