If I have a question about my contract, with whom should I speak?
Please contact your editor regarding questions about your contract.

I have not received a royalty statement or check? How can I tell what the problem is?
Royalty Statements and Royalty checks are issued based on the terms of your contract. If you have not received a Royalty Check it may be because there is no payment due based upon prior period sales (please check your statement), you have moved and have not notified us of your new address, or you may have not reached the $250.00 minimum payment requirement. If you have specific questions, please contact the Royalty Department.

Can someone explain my royalty statement to me?
Please review the Explanation of Royalty Statements on our web page. If you have additional questions, please contact the Royalty Department.

How are royalty payments made?
You can indicate your preferred method of payment; it can be by check or direct deposit for authors with U.S. bank accounts only. OUP encourages you to use direct deposit as it is safe, secure and results in quicker access to your royalty earnings. Click here to access the Direct Deposit Enrollment Form.

What if my royalty check gets lost?
Please contact us and we will reissue your payment. Direct deposit payment methods eliminate the possibility of lost payments and result in quicker access to your royalty earnings. Click here to access the Direct Deposit Enrollment Form.
